Refund & Cancellation Policy


  • 1. Donation Cancellation: Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of the transaction by emailing at admin@inphog.org.
  • 2. Refund Policy: Refunds are processed for technical errors or duplicate transactions only, within 7 working days of the transaction.
  • 3. Non-Refundable Donations: Donations already utilized for projects cannot be refunded.
